This Inverness singing group focuses on health and wellbeing, with an emphasis on breathing, voice strengthening and enjoyable group singing. It begins each session with Qi Gong exercises and sings gospel, African songs, old standards and pop in mostly two-part harmony, sometimes three. It meets on Mondays from 2pm to 3pm and is aimed especially at people with breathing issues, ME, Parkinson’s or anxiety, though anyone interested in singing is welcome.

Sessions run on Tuesday evenings in term time from 7pm to 8.30pm, and the group is open to all levels of experience and confidence.
