This Helston choir group is for people with Parkinson’s and their family or carers to sing together for enjoyment. Sessions include vocal exercises, warm-ups and a mix of familiar and new songs, and there is also time for a drink, chat and sharing news about Parkinson’s events and opportunities in Cornwall. It meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 11am to 1pm.
